Our Motel Rooms are affordably priced and have beautiful mountain and water views. We always strive to give our guests the most pleasant experience with each & every visit and that is why we make sure all of our rooms are cleaned thoroughly and always kept up to standards. The beds are comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep. Your room will include plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

If your reservation is cancelled after the 72-hour mark you will be charged for one night’s stay plus taxes. No Show Policy Failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit or one night’s stay. Blackout dates will result in charge of full stay, taxes will apply. Failing to call or show before checkout time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation, and charge of cancellation fee.. The following dates are considered Blackout Dates, and require cancellation 7 days prior to check in (also *Blackout Dates for any discounts, promotions, or gift certificates). If your reservation is cancelled after the 7-day mark you will be charged for one nights stay plus taxes Winter Carnival, President Week, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th holiday, Ironman Lake Placid, Can-Am Rugby Week, Lake Placid LAX Week.
